Dr. Johnson and her staff are to be commended for going above and beyond to meet my hearing needs. I would give them MORE than 5 stars! I have been wearing hearing aides for many years (starting in my 20's). I have been to numerous audiologist but none have shown the care and expertise of Dr. Johnson. What to Expect at an Appointment

When you first arrive for your appointment you’ll fill out your paperwork and patient in-take form while you wait. Your first appointment will consist of an initial evaluation to test your hearing and to show you different hearing aid options. We recommended bringing your spouse or a loved one with you to your first appointment. Often times a loved one can help you with the decision process and also provides you with a familiar voice.

The initial appointment takes about 45 minutes. During this appointment we will have a brief conversation with you and discuss why you came in and what sounds you’re having trouble with.

After our conversation we will then perform the hearing evaluation. We’ll look inside your ears and make sure everything looks healthy. Then we’ll begin the hearing portion of the test which is painless

After your hearing test we’ll go over your results and your options for hearing aids. We go over the different brands available and which devices are in your budget while still addressing your specific hearing loss.
