Dr. Johnson and her staff are to be commended for going above and beyond to meet my hearing needs. I would give them MORE than 5 stars! I have been wearing hearing aides for many years (starting in my 20's). I have been to numerous audiologist but none have shown the care and expertise of Dr. Johnson. She took time to carefully find a brand and ear pieces that would work for my degree of hearing loss as well as accommodate my needs with an app. (I have now upgraded 3 times since seeing her to better technology each time.) Her staff has helped me find an appointment at any of her locations based on the speed of me needing to get into an appointment for adjustments. Dr Johnson is warm and personable and truly listens to the needs of her patients. I feel she serves her patients with her heart. I would highly recommend anyone to her that was looking for an exceptional audiologist.
